The St. James Bouliac the first designer hotel and restaurant in France. Designed by Jean Nouvel, this Relais & Château background in Bordeaux vineyards and overlooks. 

 The cuisine of Michel Portos is in keeping the place: pure cut, vibrant, light and delicious. A very noble house that knows how to renew intelligently.
