Zebra Square, a trendy institution

But also mythical Barbarac ice creams, with a good taste of Oréo, low fat yogurt (special dedication to twigs on a diet) or lemon meringue pie (8€).
But the real good news is that this little corner of the 16thhas finally found its hip and cocooning address.Normal, it’s the trendy son of the Derdérian fmaily (he worked with Stanislas de Winter and Rasmus Michau in Bagatelle and at the 1515) who has taken over the house…
Result ? Zebra is renewing with its glamour quota. This is where you run into everyone that matter in Paris when it comes to the political-media-people Gotha, from TV starlets to the big boss of Radio France (Jean Luc Hess) as well as the politic guests on France Inter, right across the street.
The sirloin steak (29€) signed by Hugo Desnoyer, 3 stars butcher and supplier of the Elysée Palace is just a killer. Side order trimmings to choose yourself, sauce with pepper, or béarnaise, fries, mashed potatoes, salad… What else ? A Thai fish bouillabaisse (26€), scallops (26€), raw bass (22€)… Enough to satisfy hearty appetites as well as twigs on a diet.
